What people ask before an implant.
I was told I don't have enough bone. Now what?
That is exactly what basal implants exist for — they anchor into the dense basal bone rather than the softer bone a conventional implant needs, so patients who were refused elsewhere can often still be treated. It is decided on a CBCT scan, not on an opinion.
How long does an implant take?
Placement is a single appointment. Healing takes roughly three to four months before the crown goes on, though basal implants can be loaded immediately. You are given the full timeline in writing at the consultation.
Is the root canal painful?
The tooth is completely numb before we begin. Most patients arrive in pain and leave without it — the treatment is what ends the pain, not what causes it.
Will a zirconia crown look artificial?
No. Zirconia is metal-free and translucent at the biting edge, the way a real tooth is, and it is shade-matched against your neighbouring teeth in daylight. Metal-backed crowns are what create the grey line at the gum.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes — no-cost EMI is available on implant and full-mouth plans through major cards, arranged at the clinic on the day you decide to go ahead.
